Loop Legs Part 1:

30 seconds each move
Squat side Steps
Knee lifts
Runners
V jump kicks
Wide squat heel raises

Rest 30 seconds and repeat 4 time!

Loop Legs Part 2:

30 seconds for each move. Rest 20 seconds and repeat. Your legs will be on FIRE???
4 runners tuck jump
Side to Side squat steps (get low)
Wide Narrow Jacks
Side raises
Squat forward and back steps (do not stand straight up)
