Fat Burning CARDIO BLAST : HIT Workout

I have been in and out of town so much lately so I have really have had to depend on creativity to get my workouts in! This HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT with leave you exhausted so fast! See how exhausted I am after the workout, I had to show you that I get worn-out too!

 

So here you go…PREPARE TO DIIIEEEEEE…just kidding..but it is hard!


 

30-45 seconds of each. Repeat 4…yes, I said 4 times!

  • Jack Punches (Punch front and side)
  • Mule Kicks
  • 4 Scissor Marches with 2 Lunge Jumps
  • 2 Scare crow drops with butterfly knees
  • 2 sumo squat elbow taps (Don’t lean forward, bring your elbows close to your knees.)
