I named them that because I can eat a few for breakfast to jump start my metabolism or as a sweet treat after a meal and not feel guilty!! The ingredients are simple and I just mixed mine up by hand in 5 minutes and they were good to go!! I have become a bit of a cookie monster over the years and this saved my life. Now don’t get crazy and eat them all. I mean they still have chcolate chips in them. Sometimes I feel like I think things are healthy so I eat a million of them or all of it and then I realize THATS not healthy either!! So when your make healthy foods don’t eat like its calorie free. Its not! Its a better option to have but you still have to realize too much even healthier food is bad.
1 c oats
1 tbs nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter , sunflower seed butter etc)
2 tbs chocolate pb2 (Look on amazon )
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 packets stevia
1 mashed ripe banana
2 tbs of chocolate chips of you choice.
Optional but good : 1.5 tbs vanilla protein and 1.5 tbs chocolate protein powder
Mix everything together and bake at
350 degrees for 11 minutes.
