Apple Avocado Chicken Salad

I have a pretty big obsession with chicken salad. If you do to you will love this post and my BLTA chicken salad post. I love to make this for lunch and pack it to go or for a picnic. It keeps well and tastes great. I eat it plain alot just wrapped in a few big pieces of romaine lettuce or on a piece of toast. I track my macro nutrients so it just depends what my body needs for the rest of the day.You can used canned for fresh chicken. Try this meal out I promise you wont be disappionted!


Serves 1- 2:

Large can of chicken (The net weight is 12.5 oz including the can but the can holds 7 oz of chicken 2 oz per serving 3.5 servings)

3 tbs 0 % Greek yogurt

2 tsp  regular deli mustard

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 apple chopped

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1/3 of an avocado chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
