Blueberry Graham Cheesecake Shake

I LOVE MILK SHAKES.…sooooo are you with me. In college I use to go to a place called the Malt shop. I would get these thick creamy shakes and dvour them with joy but then feel like I eat a horse dipped in sugar afterwards. I hated that feeling so I had to find alternatives. My other LOVE in protein. So i figured how can I put them together and have it really be delicious. I have experimented a ton and i have a few good combos to share with you!


First up Blueberry Graham Cheesecake Protein Shake
1/2 C cottage cheese  (trust me you won’t notice it and it thickens the shake and adds 14 extra grams proteinYou can also use Greek yogurt just add 2-3 drops of liquid stevia or a pinch or stevia
1 Scoop Vanilla TryAbout Time Vanilla Protein
1/2 C water
1-2 Tbs Cheesecake  sugar free pudding mix
Handful blueberries
8ish ice cubes
For topping
Crushed Teddy Graham’s & blueberries

  • Blueberry Graham Cheesecake Protein Shake
  • ½ C cottage cheese or plain greek yogurt(add a little stevia to taste if you choose greek yogurt )
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • ½ C water
  • 1-2 Tbs Cheesecake sugar free pudding mix
  • Handful blueberries (1/3ish cup)
  • 8ish ice cubes
  • For topping
  • crushed Teddy Graham's & blueberries
  1. Mix and eat!~
