I love compound exercises because they create more bang for your buck! A compound exercise is any exercise that involves the use of more than one major muscle group at a time.They raise the intensity of a workout without having to add a jumpy cardio move. In this workout I mix an upper body movement with a lower body . It makes the workout a full body toner by including chest, biceps, shoulders , quads , thighs, glutes ! Pretty good right !
