No Gym Workout

A gym is not needed to work out.  I do most my workouts at home. Here is a simple at home workout even a busy person will have time for . Turn some music on and go at it!

 

NO GYM WORKOUT :

BEGINNERS -30 SECONDS of each – go as fast as you can but and it doesn’t matter if that’s slow ☺
 ADVANCED – 45 SECONDS of each
EXPERT – 1 MINUTE of each

 

HIGH KNEES – bring knees up to at least waist level (Beginning just march in place doing high nieces)

MOUNTIAN CLIMBERS- plank position and bring knees to up toward chest and opposite shoulder.

BURPEES- (picture below)

Walking plank- walk three times to one side in a plank position. Stand up. Lower back down into a plank position and walk three times to the opposite side (Pictured below)

SQUAT TAPS -Squat and tap the floor between your legs with one hand jump up bringing legs together and jump back out into a squat and tap the ground with the other hand- Video below

 

REST FOR ONE MINTUE REPEAT 2 TIMES :

THAT’S ONLY

7.5 MINTUES FOR BEGINNERS

11 MINTUES 15 SECONDS FOR INTERMEIDATE

15 MINUTES FOR ADVANCED

 

YOU CAN DO THIS!

WALKING PLANK- walking portion on the ground. You are moving to the side
