Personal Size Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Bake
I LOVE desserts. Problem is no matter what the serving size is it always means “serves one “in my eyes 🙂 So I make things smaller and I have it all! I have eaten this for dessert and breakfast! Its pretty simple and taste fabulous during the fall! My favorite way to enjoy this treat is with Halo Top Ice cream . Its the warm and cold desserts I have a love affair with!!
EAT IT PLAIN….
WITH COOL WHIP
OR MY FAVORITE WITH HALO TOP ICE CREAM!
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional )
1 egg white
5 tbs pumpkin purée
2-3 drops of vanilla creme sweet leaf stevia or pinch or two of stevia
Combine the above ingredients in a little cup and set aside
1 cinnamon roll bar
2 tbs almond milk
Microwave the quest bar and almond milk for 45 seconds then stir. Mix in the pumpkin mixture . Spray a personal pie tin or little ramekin and place mixture inside.
Topping : 1-2 tbs gluten free granola or chopped walnuts
Bake at 350 for 15-18 min
