Its football season at my house and that means ESPN is on everyday all day plus game days! My hubby always wants pizza to watch a game. I have to remind him Pizza is not friendly  to the waist line but yes it is oh so tasty! So here is my healthy version! You all know I have mad love for quest nutrition bars and their new chips are killer.  The BBQ are my favorite but these sea salt chips made these pizza bite A-MAZ-ING! I won’t regret one bite in the morning of these quest chip pizza bites! Pizza with out the junk! This is a win win in my book!

1 bag sea salt @questnutrition quest chips
17 turkey pepperonis (at any grocery store)
2-3 tbs pizza sauce
1 to 1 1/2 light string cheeses cut horizontally into 17 pieces
17 pieces of spinach

Put run foil on a baking dish spray with cooking spray . Lay out 17 pepperonis top a little pizza sauce and a cut cheese circles. Broil at 400 for 4ish minutes.  Lay out spinach on a plate place a sea salt quest chip on top , dab a little pizza and top with the baked pepperoni . That’s its!!


Before the chip was added they were pretty good but the chip made them KILLER
