Time to change up the exercises and introduce a whole other workout for you to add in. The bands produce an isometric exercise, isometrics are a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction (They don’t move during the lift). The isometric holds you see in the last two moves really work the muscles as well and train them differently so try those out! Isometrics are done in static positions. Add a few isometric holds to your workout between sets. You WILL notice the difference!

Tricep kick backs
Stable Bicep curl position (Isometric Hold) & over head press
Stable Over head press position (Isometric hold) & bicep curl
