WEEKLY WORKOUTS

Weekly workouts will offer you fresh new workouts every week, with muscle groups spaced out correctly for total body success!
Unlike my other programs, which are built with weekly progressions, these workouts will feature a variety of styles while still challenging each muscle group throughout the week.
You can assign yourself to the weekly workouts program, and the current week's workouts will automatically populate under “your next workout” on your home screen. Choose Monday as your start date when assigning yourself to the program to follow along. New workouts will be loaded every Sunday at midnight, and the previous week’s workouts will be removed. To refresh your Weekly Workouts at the beginning of the week, click the teal “update workouts” button on the Weekly Workout program overview. This button will load the new Weekly Workouts and reset your check marks and “your next workout” on your Home Screen for the week. If the button is grey, you already have the current week's workouts.
Please note: you cannot favorite weekly workouts like you can with other programs because they are loaded anew each week.
