Weeks 1-8 of my Guide

I didn’t expect to have such a well managed and guiding hand through this process of building strength, learning nutrition, and regaining a true ability and love for fitness. I couldn’t believe the actual physical progress until I redid the measurements and looked at the pictures. Wow! I hadn’t allowed myself to look at my initial pictures until today and it’s not huge changes but it’s progress and I am literally over the moon! THANK YOU!! I can’t wait for this next round! :)

Weeks 1-12 of my Guide

I was tired all the time, no energy & I had no appetite. I didn't eat sweets and never drink soda. I ate healthy food, drank lots of water, and on the move most of the time. But my favorite jeans were too tight. I couldn’t lose the belly. Ugh!! I started following several people on IG trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. This lead me to Andrea. Hallelujah!  She is the best. Every day for the first 3 weeks, I had a talk with myself to do the workout. I was frustrated with learning macros, but I was determined. By the end of the third week, I was seeing results on the scale, my energy level was up, I was sleeping better, and  I was actually hungry. The macros became a breeze. I feel great. I feel like me again. I’m grateful for finding Andrea. It’s a life-changer. Thank you!
